What if I told you...

You can stop trying one behavior strategy after another. You can finally have a clear, simple, and sustainable classroom management plan that actually decreases disruptions.

There are a few keys to creating an effective classroom management system.

You need more than just “tips and tricks.”

You need a clear and consistent plan that works. A classroom-proven method that can be tweaked for your own students and can walk you through teaching expected behavior, reinforcing positive behavior, and responding to challenging behavior.

You need to stop relying on threats and bribes.

These types of "control-driven" strategies might work for a day or two, but they don't lead to sustainable change. Break the cycle of outdated behavior strategies, and learn exactly how to proactively manage disruptive behavior.

You need to teach your students social/emotional skills.

There can be no change in behavior without skill building. Your students need to learn the social/emotional skills they're missing so they can feel safe and successful

How did I figure all of this out?

Hi! I’m Gina. My journey with classroom management started with me ugly crying in a supply closet.

4 years into my teaching career, I had a class I couldn’t manage.

They were seriously out of control! Running around the room, egging each other on, throwing things at me, hitting me, screaming, completely ignoring me… you name it, they did it.

One day when my kids were out for recess, I had a full-blown melt-down in the supply closet. I felt like a complete failure. My best teacher friend must’ve heard my sniffles because she found me in that supply closet and gave me some advice that changed everything.

She said, “There’s no magic wand, and the Cavalry isn’t coming.”

While that felt a little harsh, it was the truth. I couldn’t stay hidden in the supply closet forever. It was time to get up and get to work.

From that moment on, I dedicated every spare minute to researching behavior. I learned about proven strategies for classroom management. I put all of those techniques to work in my classroom and turned the school year completely around.

Now, my classroom is used as a model for other teachers to learn about behavior management strategies. I absolutely love helping teachers successfully manage student behavior, so they can help students and focus on teaching.

I don’t have that magic wand to fix the behaviors in your classroom, but this program is the next best thing...

Are you ready to spend less time managing disruptive behavior and have more time to teach?

Now is the time to take back your classroom.

I know what you’re thinking. You’ve tried everything, and you don’t have the time or energy to take one more training that’s not going to work. And I totally get that. Because I’ve felt the exact same way.

But this isn’t like any other training. You see, I’m not someone giving you advice from the sidelines. I’m not teaching you strategies that might have worked years ago. I’m a real life teacher, in the trenches with you every single day, and I know what works right now. For today’s students. For today’s behaviors. And you can too.

Don’t waste one more school year feeling like a failure and like you’re doing something wrong. Don’t spend one more year on the behavior hamster wheel of one trying one strategy after another. It’s time to gain the knowledge and the confidence you need to hold your head high and say, “I’ve got this.”

You owe it to yourself.

The time is now.
